Kathi Cozzone and Bill Scott have pledged to do more to improve the lives of Chester County citizens by showing pro-active leadership and long-term vision.

Decades of GOP Commissioners have rested on their supposed laurels while putting politics ahead of people. Their current candidates promise more of the same —
